Kegel exercises
Kegel exercises are the most common exercises for strengthening the pelvic floor, which, apart from being effective, can be performed at any time without even being noticed!
They were named after the doctor that invented them, Dr Kegel, and employed to strengthen the pubococcygeal muscle of the perineum. Strengthening the muscles of the pelvis, allows us to control the bladder and effectively prevent urinary incontinence.
Consult your physician and start exercising!
