What is the P.M.S.
You feel intense frustration, everything is to blame, you are hungry 24 hours a day, you feel breast and waist pain… You don’t need to worry. All the above are perfectly normal symptoms of premenstrual syndrome or simply… P.M.S.
About 7-14 days before the beginning of your period, your body prepare itself for the egg release process which if not fertilized, is rejected along with the endometrium.
During this time you may notice that pains are more intense, you feel bloated, your breast is tender and even your mood may constantly change.
As we said before, however, you don’t need to worry! This is completely normal and approximately 80% of women experience it at childbearing age.
