Hygiene and cotton
The feminine intimate area requires special care. Therefore it is very important that the materials selected to come into contact with it, are as pure and natural as possible.
Cotton is a particularly durable, fresh and hydrophilic material.
Cotton’s most characteristic feature is its ability to absorb large amounts of moisture or sweat from our body. Hence it leaves skin with a feeling of dryness and freshness that is essential for the proper hygiene of the intimate area.
Moreover, cotton is a natural, hypoallergenic material that doesn’t irritate the intimate area and allows skin to breathe, hence offering protection against bacteria and funguses. Therefore it is very important, from an early age, to incorporate it to our daily intimate care routine.
EveryDay All Cotton pantyliners have a cover made of 100% cotton, thus bringing the purity of nature into contact with your skin, on a daily basis. Moreover, they are dermatologically tested, the first to be recommended by the Greek Union of Gynaecologists and Obstetricians and also OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certified for absence of harmful substances (www.oeko-tex.com).
However, even when choosing underwear, it is advisable to prefer cotton, especially for the crotch area. It may be that synthetic underwear seem visibly more attractive, however cotton underwear have nothing to envy, because, nowadays, they are available in a great variety of shapes; besides, they allow skin to breathe and they absorb sweat and humidity, thus reducing possibility of infections.
Maybe it’s also time for you to search for your personal everyday hygiene tools in nature. Don’t you think?
